1967年6月出生,成绩优异的高级工程师,国家注册安全工程师,中国海上搜救中心国家海上突发事件咨询专家组成员,现任交通运输部水运科学研究院交运中心副总经理。从事水路交通行业防止船舶溢油污染及化学品应急处理、港口安全与港口设施保安政策与技术、船舶高污染高风险作业等领域的工程咨询和应用研究28年。
作为项目主持人,参加国家、省部级重大项目多项,取得中国航海学会科技奖二等奖3项,中国港口协会科技奖二等奖1项,制定国家标准1项,交通部行业标准3项,编写培训教程1部,出版专著1部,在国内外发表论文8篇。现为中国水运建设行业协会常聘专家。

As the inland waterway transportation developed rapidly in China, the frequency of hazardous chemical leakage accidents is increasing every year. Such pollution to inland river environment has become a world-wide issue. Montmorillonite (Mont) is typical 2:1 layer type silicate clay and due to their special structure, it has been used in organic pollution removal process. In order to improve their ability in pollution adsorption, the pillared Mont was made in this work.
