博士,副研究员。现就职于交通运输部水运科学研究所环境保护与节能技术研究中心,主要从事船舶与港口大气排放监管方面研究。近年来,主持完成国家重点研发计划“大气污染成因与控制技术研究”重点专项“船舶排放控制区大气污染物在线监测与实时监管技术”项目研究工作,作为骨干参与国家环保公益性行业科研专项“港口及船舶大气污染排放与控制关键技术研究”、“交通运输部制定年度船舶排放清单项目”等多项省部级项目研究工作。参与制定了《船舶大气污染物排放控制区实施方案》《珠三角、长三角、环渤海(京津冀)水域船舶排放控制区实施方案》《船舶与港口污染防治专项行动实施方案(2015-2020年)》等多项港口船舶污染防治的政策文件。在国内外发表论文20余篇,获得授权发明专利1项,授权软件著作权8项,研究成果获航海学会科技进步二等奖2项。
