


博士,研究员,现任交通运输部水运科学研究院环境保护与节能技术研究中心副主任。交通运输行业科技创新人才推进计划重点领域创新团队“水路交通污染防治与重特大事故风险防控技术创新团队”核心成员、中国海事局海上环境保护专委会船舶污染防治分委会秘书。
长期从事船舶与港口大气污染排放监测与监管技术研究,先后主持或参与国家重点研发计划、国际科技合作、交通运输行业重点科技项目等30余项重要科研课题,取得的“船舶尾气排放监管与控制技术研究”“船舶大气污染物与二氧化碳排放监测与跟踪评价技术”“近周边水域船舶大气污染物与温室气体年度排放清单”等多项成果被收录于交通运输科技成果库和在相关单位应用。参与《船舶大气污染物排放控制区实施方案》《珠三角、长三角、环渤海(京津冀)水域船舶排放控制区实施方案》《船舶与港口污染防治专项行动实施方案(2015-2020年)》等多项港口船舶污染防治顶层的政策文件的制定工作。获得省部级科技奖励7项,其中一等奖2项、二等奖5项。取得专利和软件著作权20余项,发表国内外学术论文20余篇,出版专著2部。
